Japanese Turnips (kabu かぶ in Japanese), or sometimes called Tokyo Turnips, are pastel white variety of turnip. They have a mild, fresh taste, with hints of nutty, sweet, earthy flavors. These mini globe-shaped turnips can be enjoyed both raw and cooked.
